She was in two episodes on Showtime's Weeds which starred Mary Louise Parker. She was known as Judy Kramer, a Fox show from 2005, and Marcy Bender in Dawson's Creek. On the Guiding Light soap show, she played Marina Cooper. This role has earned her an award nomination from the Soap Opera Digest magazine in 2003 for Outstanding Newcomer. Dollar appeared as Cindy Thomas in the ABC series Women's Murder Club from 2007-2008. Dollar played the role of Happy Valley, a pilot for NBC in 2012. The show never renewed.
